Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines for production environments.
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art architectures (Transformers, GNNs) to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize model inference speed and memory usage to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to define AI roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Ensure robust data governance, security, and ethical AI compliance across all models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend new tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to high-traffic production systems.
