Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Design and implement custom neural network libraries optimized for next-generation hardware.
- Lead the migration towards quantum-ready algorithms and hybrid computing models.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model versioning, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or strong interest in emerging hardware acceleration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
