Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Define and implement strategies for integrating Quantum computing concepts into classical AI workflows.
- Oversee the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) advancements.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
