Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectural frameworks for AI-driven applications targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including edge computing and predictive AI models, into core product infrastructure.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and scalability standards.
- Develop roadmaps for technical debt reduction and modernization to ensure systems are future-proof.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and data science—to translate business goals into technical reality.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices for security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in designing systems for scale, with a focus on AI/ML integration and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
