Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and large-scale transformer models.
- Optimization: Drive research into model efficiency, reducing latency and computational costs for real-time applications.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate complex business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models to production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust solutions.
