Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and drive technical strategies.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reproducibility and continuous integration.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, performance analysis, and model monitoring to ensure business KPIs are met.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate new methodologies into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning concepts.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
