Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI models and neural networks capable of processing real-time data streams.
- Lead the technical strategy for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms for low-latency performance on edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and deployment.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends to integrate novel techniques into our production stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to production environments.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with NLP or Computer Vision is a strong plus.
