Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale Machine Learning models with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Research and implement novel techniques in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Monitor model performance, data drift, and system reliability post-deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts, Transformers, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
