Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and modern frameworks.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and safety.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning and Generative AI.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
