The Role:
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
- Conduct research on emerging algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP is highly preferred.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
