Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade LLMs.
- Conduct research and implementation of novel deep learning architectures to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize inference latency and resource utilization for high-traffic, real-time applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish and maintain MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, automated model monitoring, and retraining workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proven experience with transformer models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
