Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Ensure model scalability, latency efficiency, and robustness in high-volume production settings.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, neural networks, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production with measurable performance improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
