Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure aligned with the Year 2026 strategic vision.
- Design scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary AI models.
- Ensure the ethical implementation of AI, focusing on bias reduction and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
