Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents to enhance our core product suite.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization initiatives, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy by 40%+.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring fairness and transparency in automated systems.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI components into cloud-native environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, strategic business value for stakeholders.
