Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for next-generation LLMs and multimodal AI systems.
- Design robust infrastructure for reinforcement learning and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Conduct rigorous safety and alignment testing to ensure AI behavior adheres to ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready applications.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends in AI research, specifically focusing on the 2026 technology horizon.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of C++ for performance optimization.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) or deploying impactful AI products.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
