Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures for autonomous decision-making and predictive analytics.
- Quantum-Ready Integration: Develop algorithms that are compatible with future quantum computing advancements to solve complex optimization problems.
- Autonomous Agent Leadership: Spearhead the development of autonomous agents capable of self-learning and complex environmental adaptation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment in sensitive sectors.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to advanced AI/ML research and production deployment.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is essential.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
