Your Mission:
To architect robust, high-performance AI models capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams in real-time environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Architectures: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models, including Transformers and Diffusion models, tailored for the hardware landscape of 2026.
- Performance Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, pruning, and edge-computing deployment to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, publishing papers and implementing novel techniques like Neuromorphic Computing.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into Nexus's core products, ensuring seamless interoperability with legacy systems.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement safety guidelines and bias mitigation strategies in model training pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector database architectures (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Innovation: A passion for exploring emerging technologies and a portfolio of published work or open-source contributions.
