Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative.
- Quantum Readiness: Architect systems that are future-proof, ensuring compatibility with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy at scale.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to keep Apex Future Systems at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in senior AI architecture or machine learning engineering.
- Core Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale LLMs and neural networks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from conception to production.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
