Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting millions of concurrent requests.
- Lead the design and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, from model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI product development aligned with 2026 business goals.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all model deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
