Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for production environments, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and research advancements to inform our roadmap.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
