Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling complex generative tasks.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with product leaders to define the strategic vision for our AI capabilities in the coming years.
- Optimize Model Performance: Continuously refine and fine-tune models to ensure low latency and high accuracy in real-world applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring safety and bias mitigation in all 2026 products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with data scientists, security experts, and product managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
