Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring resilience and efficiency at scale.
- Lead the design of proprietary machine learning models, focusing on deep learning and natural language processing advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex research into production-ready features.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed and accuracy, reducing latency in real-time data processing pipelines.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a CI/CD environment.
- Drive technical innovation by staying ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to completion.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
