Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 neural processing framework, ensuring high scalability and fault tolerance.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Drive technical decision-making, evaluating new frameworks and tools to optimize system performance and reduce latency.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, security, and UX) to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model versioning, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale deep learning models in high-availability production environments.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and big data processing technologies (Spark, Kafka).
