Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of the Project 2026 neural network ecosystem, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Design and optimize deep learning pipelines for high-volume, low-latency data processing.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate abstract AI capabilities into tangible, market-ready features.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Define technical roadmaps and architecture standards for the AI engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (5+ years of relevant experience).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT, BERT), Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
