Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models into core products.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and software engineers to ensure best practices in code quality and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to real-world engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
