Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating post-quantum cryptography into our neural network frameworks.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from prototype to production deployment.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and security within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, distributed systems at scale.
- Future Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or experience in developing for the post-silicon era.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
