Responsibilities
- Define Technical Vision: Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML systems for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of advanced deep learning models, including LLMs and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements, reduce latency, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs for large-scale data processing.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI ethics, generative AI, and edge computing to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks; strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive solutions from concept to deployment.
