Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of core AI infrastructure and model architectures for Project 2026.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore cutting-edge techniques in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and multi-modal reasoning.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance, low-latency inference pipelines capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into elegant user experiences.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols in AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- System Design: Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Research: A strong publication record (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML) or a track record of impactful open-source contributions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
