Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures that leverage the latest advancements in deep learning to support business goals through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Generative Model Development: Spearhead the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Define AI Ethics & Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and ethical standards for algorithmic bias and transparency.
- Collaborate on Product Vision: Work closely with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the long-term implications of AI technology on business models.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
