Responsibilities
- Design and implement the foundational architecture for autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Lead the development and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically tuned for 2026 enterprise use cases.
- Establish and enforce rigorous standards for data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, and UX) to translate futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies such as Quantum Machine Learning integration and Neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure and architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with experience in building systems from scratch.
- Strong background in Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, ambiguous challenges.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL), Federated Learning, or Edge AI is highly preferred.
