Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure and microservices.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented Data Scientists and Software Engineers.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and code audits to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning models.
- Experience with cloud native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
