Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling exascale computing and real-time generative model deployment.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to develop hybrid algorithms that optimize AI performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in code quality.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and future trends.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large language models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases, focusing on latency and accuracy.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI systems adhere to emerging privacy regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and performance challenges in high-traffic environments.
