- Define Technical Roadmaps: Lead the strategic vision for 2026 AI integration, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Optimize Performance: Implement advanced model compression and hardware acceleration techniques (GPUs/TPUs) to maximize inference speed and accuracy.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
