Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of emerging AI paradigms, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer architectures.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning models to ensure low latency and high accuracy in real-time applications.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Innovation: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering complex technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
