Responsibilities
- Architect the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers to deliver production-ready AI models.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to ensure Zenith remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data pipelines.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.
