Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable AI features.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies like Quantum Computing interfaces into existing stacks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
