Responsibilities
- Architect AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure machine learning infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost while maintaining high performance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product teams to align AI capabilities with business goals for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
