Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI architecture, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and 2026 scalability requirements.
- Design Scalable AI Systems: Architect and implement distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and optimization of workloads to ensure maximum efficiency on AWS and Azure.
- Ensure Data Security: Implement rigorous security protocols and compliance measures to protect sensitive data assets.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Research and prototype emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) for future integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale AI projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
