Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable neural architectures for autonomous agents and self-improving AI models.
- Technical Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 transition, bridging the gap between current LLMs and AGI.
- Algorithm Optimization: Push the boundaries of inference efficiency, focusing on quantum-inspired algorithms and edge computing integration.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with top-tier researchers to explore novel paradigms in human-AI symbiosis.
- Code Governance: Establish coding standards and architectural patterns to ensure maintainability across distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Future Tech Fluency: Familiarity with concepts in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) or Neuro-symbolic AI is a major plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
