Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Lead 2026 Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our upcoming AI initiatives, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Model Optimization: Drive performance optimization to reduce latency and improve inference speed for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical excellence.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new frameworks and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a heavy emphasis on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
