Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of foundational models for 2026 applications.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate classical AI with quantum algorithms.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for the AI department.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications:
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience designing systems for large-scale deployment and edge computing.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, transformers, and large language models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
