Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) infrastructure.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Vision Initiative, integrating cutting-edge LLMs with traditional software architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, MLOps, and model monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, microservices).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
