Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the design of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model latency and accuracy to meet real-time production requirements.
- Define best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI research.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models serving millions of requests.
- Strong proficiency in software engineering principles, including distributed systems and microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow) is highly preferred.
