Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for LLMs and multimodal models.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI model development, from data ingestion and preprocessing to training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and methodologies to drive technological innovation within the organization.
- Ensure robust security, fairness, and ethical compliance in all AI systems deployed.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building and deploying large-scale AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Docker/Kubernetes.
