Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives through 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure, including MLOps pipelines and cloud architecture.
- Lead the development and optimization of Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models) for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in machine learning and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
