Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to implement state-of-the-art machine learning models.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct technical deep dives and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Drive innovation in algorithm efficiency and hardware acceleration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
