Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures capable of handling exascale computing demands by 2026.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise automation.
- Optimize neural network training pipelines using advanced distributed computing techniques.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of AI researchers and ML engineers.
- Define the technical roadmap and best practices for AI safety, ethics, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate theoretical AI concepts into market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to production.
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
