Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 product suite and AI infrastructure.

- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale systems that handle billions of data points with low latency.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
