Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Research and implement cutting-edge techniques to improve model accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- R&D: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Quantum Computing, and Natural Language Processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Systems: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deployment: Proven track record of deploying models to production environments at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
