Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of intelligence?
Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our mission into the year 2026. We are not just building software; we are defining the architectural frameworks for the next generation of Generative AI and Autonomous Systems. If you thrive on solving complex problems at the intersection of deep learning and scalable infrastructure, this is your opportunity to shape the trajectory of technological evolution.
As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will define the core architectural patterns that will underpin our products for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, including advanced LLMs and multimodal models.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference pipelines and model training workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal latency in real-world applications.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product and research teams to translate cutting-edge AI trends into concrete architectural blueprints and development milestones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Compliance & Safety: Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model fairness to ensure our solutions are robust and responsible.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architecture.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Generative AI: Demonstrated expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- System Design: Strong background in system design, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and high-availability solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
